Kevin Long
The MVP team of professionals is headed by Kevin Long, an Indiana native, a 1992 Purdue University graduate, and experienced manager. Kevin runs the day to day operations of MVP and coordinates the training and logistics schedules. Kevin has specialized in communications and media training for numerous schools, teams, athletes and coaches, as well as Members of Congress, U.S. and foreign government officials in the areas of strategic and crisis communications and policy.
Lori Mason
Lori is an Indiana native and a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Lori has spent two decades working on human resources issues in a number of capacities. She has vast experience in developing and administering personnel and recruitment training programs.
Jennifer Pratt
Jennifer is an Indiana native and a 1993 graduate of Franklin College, where she was on the women’s basketball team while majoring in journalism and marketing. She has worked with many athletes and coaches in the Midwest Collegiate Conference (now Horizon League), the NCAA men’s basketball regional in Indianapolis in 1996, and the Final Four in 1997. She has been a radio talk-show host, a print reporter, and public relations professional. Jennifer is familiar with many aspects of collegiate sports, public relations, marketing as well as interaction with the media.
Bill Auchmoody
Bill is a Virginia native and 1989 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. Bill has more than a decade of human resources, personnel and recruiting experience. Bill manages the Virginia offices of Golden Personnel, an outsourcing firm that matches companies looking for qualified applicants with high caliber individuals who match those needs.
Max Long
Max is a native of Indiana, and a 1972 Purdue graduate. Max has more than 30 years of human resources experience. He has run the personnel offices for plants of numerous companies, including CTS Corporation, Gulbranson Organ, Fender Guitar, Kerr Glass, Ball Glass, and Saint Gobain Glass. Max has interviewed thousands of job seekers in his 30+ year tenure, and knows what employers are looking for when they ask questions in a job interview.
